In the wake of COVID-19 we want our dear guests to feel at ease during their stay and focus on having fun and making memories. Therefore we want to assure you that we follow recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for sanitation standards.

Bring your entire family or large group and make memories in our beautiful new 3,300 square foot home is just minutes off of Highway 65. It has 7 bedrooms, 6 ½ bathrooms fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The home will comfortably sleep 18. Why book 4-5 separate hotel rooms where everyone can’t stay together? This house is perfect for large multi-generational families, girls’ shopping trip, guys’ golf weekend, church small group, wedding parties, or Thanksgiving/Christmas celebrations with the whole family. If you need a place to stay for yourself and 17 of your friends and family, this place is for you! Where everyone can stay in the same house and make memories together that will last a lifetime.

Based on guest feedback, we have just added a beautiful handrail from the parking area all the way to the front door for easy access. (see pictures)

As you enter the home your eyes will be drawn to the dramatic wooden beams and 25 ft ceiling. Enjoy preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and creating memories eating around the huge dining table with seating for 12 plus 4 at the counter. We even have another table downstairs for 6 if the kids want to have some privacy away from the adults. Want to get out of the kitchen and cook outside? We provide a gas grill out on the deck. Rise and shine in the morning with coffee for everyone with 2 coffee pots and a Keurig.

After dinner, some can enjoy watching a movie on our Free Netflix account while sitting around the fireplace. Others can head downstairs to the theater room to watch the big game or favorite movie on the 75 inch 4K HD TV with surround sound. There is something for everyone in this home to enjoy.

Outside, the resort community has a Zero Entry pool. There is splash pad for the smaller kids to play in as well. The adults can enjoy the sunshine and a good book in one of the many lounge chairs around the pool. Step inside the three-story Clubhouse and you will find a pool table and exercise room. Upstairs is a comfortable sitting area to enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the panoramic view of Table Rock Lake and the Ozark Mountains. Just across the street from our home, the kids can have fun shooting hoops at the basketball court or throwing the ball around in the grassy field. A few hundred yards further is beautiful Table Rock Lake where you can take one of our 2 kayaks and paddle around or fish. Need something larger to enjoy the lake? Rent a boat at Table Rock Marina which is only 5 minutes away. Play a round of golf at one of several world class golf courses nearby. Satisfy your shopping urge at Branson Landing or the Tanger Outlets’ more than 70 stores. Want a night out for fine dining? Big Cedar Lodge, Dobbins Dining Room, and the Landing are located within minutes of your home away from home. After dinner, you can take in a show on the famous 76 Strip. New carpet added in 2021.

Now the important part. Where do we sleep after a day full of fun activities? We have that covered as well. On the main level there is a Master Suite with King Bed and private bath. There is also another King bedroom with bathroom as well. Upstairs you will find 2 Master Suites with a King Bed and comfy futon if you need extra sleeping space for the kids. Each Suite also has its own private bathroom so no need to share with the other Suite. On the lower level you will find 3 more King bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. All king beds have memory foam mattress toppers. We have blackout curtains in the upper bedrooms so you can enjoy sleeping in in the mornings. There are also 2 Queen sofa sleepers located in the theater room where your teens can fall asleep while watching movies on the large screen TV.

For the smaller children we provide a Pack-n-Play, high chair, and baby gates so no need to worry about what to do with them.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
